INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you purchase something or use our contact page, we collect the information that you provide such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive information about your computer such the internet protocol (IP) address, browser and operating system. We may also utilize services such as Google Analytics to learn more about how often our customers visit, how long they stay, which pages they favor and what general location they hail from. In short, this is information that helps us better serve all of our customers in the short term and beyond.

 CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order or simply send a question or comment, we infer that you consent to our collecting that information and using it for that specific purpose ONLY. We don’t use your information for secondary purposes such as marketing without first obtaining your separate and specific permission and we will NEVER sell or otherwise distribute your information for any reasons beyond those described here.

DISCLOSURE

We may disclose a customer’s personal information to authorities if we are required by law to do so or to seek legal remedy for a crime committed against us by that customer.

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They not only provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you, they also store your personal information and credit card data for the purpose of processing your order. As far as we know, their security procedures and protocols meet or exceed industry standards. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

To our knowledge, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform their requested services such as ship your order to you. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors may have their own privacy policies and we recommend that you investigate those to better understand how your personal information will be handled by them. The thing to remember, once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.

AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state and you have the legal right to utilize your method of payment. Any minors within your confines and/or care who may use your resources to place an order will be presumed to have your permission.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently if it contains matters of importance to you. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Please note that if our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that they may complete your order(s).

SUMMARY

Because we are not security experts, and because the world routinely reminds us that no one seems to be totally immune to hackers, we want you know we have taken the following two steps in particular to hopefully improve our odds on your behalf:

 

1. We have placed this site with, and leave all credit card processing to Shopify, a much larger company with more experience and better resources. We feel this is the much safer option for our customers than if we were to go it alone and try to handle everything internally as some smaller companies do.
2. We do not require or even allow customers to create accounts in order to make a purchase. We do this purely to eliminate the need for us to store anyone’s personal contact and/or credit information beyond what was necessary to fulfill each order or request.

 

We want you to know we care very much about your privacy and security and we pledge to always place them above any profit, marketing or other interest.
